Elizabeth Bader maintains a mediation site with extensive conference facilities in San Francisco.  Conference facilities are also available in Walnut Creek, throughout the Bay Area and the nation.

For multi-party cases, or cases where parties are at a distance from San Francisco, telephonic mediation can be effective once the parties have established sufficient personal contact with each other and with the mediator.  Mediations may also be held in parties’ or counsel’s offices.
