Elizabeth will always try to help parties better understand each other’s interests and positions in order to help the parties resolve their dispute. Objective feedback will also be provided as appropriate. The preservation of existing relationships is also encouraged when the relationship should or must continue.
Confidentiality for such matters can be provided in a number of different ways under existing law. When the final resolution needs to be documented, Elizabeth can draft or assist the parties in drafting the relevant documents.
